The position

As a Business Development Representative your ultimate responsibility is to make sure our sales pipeline is filled with qualified opportunities that have high buying potential. In our context, the customers are cities, and you will advise them on how to plan their journey to net zero with the help of our SaaS called ClimateOS. In this role you will focus on the generation of qualified leads via inbound and outbound prospecting, i.e. by attending conferences and industry events, as well as phone calls, e-mails, and social media. You will do this through defined lead generation strategies and you will play a key role in developing methods and tactics on how to attract and nurture potential clients for ClimateViews future growth.

You will be joining the Nordics/UK commercial team (preferably based in Stockholm) and work side by side with Martin (Regional Director), Orren (Community Manager) and Yasmine (Customer Success Manager) to mention a few, and with support from Jørgen, our RVP Sales EMEA. In this position you will also support and collaborate with the whole sales and marketing team to build, implement and deploy winning strategies in defined markets. You will join a fully remote and closely-knit team of bright individuals, passionate about their work and our joint mission.

Qualifications & Skills

• Climate/Sustainability expertise: Subject matter expertise in sustainability or climate action planning, preferably from the public sector.
• B2G Sales experience: 1+ years of commercial experience directed to, or within, cities or governments.
• Climate tech interest: An interest in climate tech and a SaaS or product understanding, with the ability to communicate its complex ideas to a diverse audience.
• Interpersonal skills: Strong hunter profile and skilled relationship builder, with a positive attitude and curious mindset.
• Communication skills: Excellent written and presentation skills in in English and extra credits for additional Nordic language skills
